My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Joseph to purchase our condo in Mammoth Lakes, and we couldn't recommend him more. You can see it in the way he talks about the town, supports local businesses, and shares what's happening in the community. I truly believe that a realtor who cares about the past, present, and future of a place helps clients in ways that go far beyond simply buying or selling a property. That was certainly our experience with Joseph. Throughout the entire process, he was responsive, patient, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. As buyers, we had plenty of questions, and he always took the time to explain everything clearly. During inspections and negotiations, he gave honest advice and advocated for us while keeping the process smooth and professional. To make things even more memorable, our dog experienced a serious medical emergency right around closing. Joseph was incredibly understanding and flexible during that stressful time, even holding onto our keys until we were finally able to make the trip to Mammoth. That kindness meant a great deal to us. Buying a home can be stressful, but Joseph made the entire experience enjoyable and far less overwhelming. We absolutely love our condo and are grateful to have had him guiding us every step of the way.
